UnderBaked stands behind the quality of our kits. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Defective components as shipped (Dead on Arrival)
- Components damaged during shipping
- Missing components from kit
- Component Defects: TODO days from purchase date
- PCB Defects: TODO days from purchase date
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from incorrect assembly
- Reversed polarity installation
- Physical damage (broken components, torn pads, etc.)
- Modifications to the circuit or PCB
- Operation outside specified parameters
- Use of incorrect power supply
- Battery damage from overcharging/over-discharging
- Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme conditions
- Component degradation from normal use
- PCB discoloration from normal operation
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping damage after initial delivery
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized parties
- Commercial use
- Acts of nature (lightning, flood, etc.)
- Review kit documentation thoroughly
- Complete troubleshooting steps
- Contact Support for assistance
- Verify problem is component defect, not assembly error

Include:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Kit name and version
- Detailed description of problem
- Photos of assembly (both sides of PCB)
- Photos of suspected defective component
- Multimeter measurements (if applicable)
- Troubleshooting steps already attempted
- Submit claim via email
- UnderBaked reviews claim (TODO business days)
- If approved, replacement parts shipped at no charge
- You may be asked to return defective components
- Claim review: TODO business days
- Replacement shipping: TODO business days (after approval)
If defect is determined to be manufacturing or shipping-related, replacement parts are provided at no charge, including shipping.
If issue is determined to be user error or misuse:
- Replacement parts available for purchase
- Shipping charges apply

- Condition: Unopened, original packaging
- Refund: Full refund minus shipping costs (unless our error)
- Return window: TODO days from purchase
- Condition: All components must be included and unassembled

Completed assemblies generally cannot be returned unless defective as shipped.
UnderBaked's liability is limited to replacement of defective components or refund of purchase price. We are not liable for:
- Consequential damages
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Loss of time
- Commercial losses
User is responsible for:
- Safe assembly practices
- Safe operation
- Following all safety guidelines
- Compliance with local regulations
For battery-related kits (Li-Ion Boost Charger), UnderBaked is NOT liable for:
- Battery fires or explosions
- Property damage from battery failure
- Injuries from battery incidents
- Damage from user-supplied batteries
User accepts all risks associated with lithium-ion battery charging and use.
This warranty applies to purchases made through official UnderBaked sales channels:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
